The 30th anniversary seminar of ISBE

On November 25, 2019, the 30th anniversary seminar of isbe was successfully held in Zhongda courtyard, School of architecture, Southeast University.

The International Society of the Built Environment (ISBE) is composed of professionals, academics and government advisors from various disciplines. It covers a wide range of subjects, including the sustainable development of built environments, environmental engineering, architecture, environmental health and human factors, indoor environmental quality, building conservation (including weathering and biodeterioration), building technologies and urban designs, environmental epidemiology, occupational and non-occupational hygiene and sanitation, structural safety, building regulations, international standards and guidelines, water supplies and drainage, spatial planning, social housing environments (e.g. ageing communities). 

The goal of ISBE is to provide documents, technical guidelines, books and conference proceedings for various topics and interests. An annual newsletter for sponsors and association members will also be provided. (accessing through member login)

Members are divided into three categories: FELLOWS, regular members and corporate members. FELLOW is an honorary academician nominated by the Scientific Committee of ISBE.
